Optimum Dental of Newcastle is the practice’s newest location, delivering comprehensive dental care in a modern, comfortable setting. The facility brings the same advanced technology and welcoming atmosphere to patients closer to Newcastle.
The office is located just east of the casino and provides preventive, restorative, cosmetic, implant, denture, orthodontic, extraction, and urgent care. Newcastle is also the Optimum Dental location for select CEREC same-day crowns and bridges.

Dr. Skyler Peacock
Dr. Skyler Peacock grew up in southern Utah, studied at Dixie State University, and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona.
Before joining Optimum Dental, he practiced dentistry in Midwest City, Oklahoma, and Idaho. He is committed to helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their care.
Dr. Peacock and his wife, Ashley, have three children and enjoy reading, hiking, camping, and college football together.

Dr. Wes Guenther
Dr. Wes Guenther grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, studied Exercise Science at Brigham Young University, and captained the BYU baseball team during his senior year.
He earned his dental degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry, graduating summa cum laude in 2017, and founded Optimum Dental in 2023.
Dr. Guenther especially enjoys dental implants, crowns, veneers, and comprehensive treatment planning. He and his wife, Christen, have four children.
